I lived here for one year and at one point had several mice in my apartment. Mgmt was not very attending in my time spent here. After one year, I was told my rent was going up by 18 percent.
Nice location, but mice and high fees aren't worth it.

In the almost 4 years we have owned Autumn Winds, we have had exactly 2 reports of mice in winter, and both were dealt with immediately. No landlord in his right mind lets a mouse problem get out of hand. As for rent increases, in spite of doubled property taxes, doubled insurance costs and skyrocketing utility rates, we have not raised the rent on any of our existing residents in three years. I don't know who is claiming an 18 percent increase in their rent, but it is simply not true. Perhaps they have just confused us with another complex with a similar name. Our best salespeople are our residents who remain with us for years. More to the point, the other entries on this site clearly describe something very different from what this poster is claiming. Come and look for yourself and talk to our residents while you are there.
