Such potential, such a waste

When I first moved here, I thought these apartments were beautiful! But when I actually moved in I found the apartments spider infested and they refused to exterminate. (And folks I mean REALLY bad) Also, they charge a "membership" fee for the use of the facilities. The laundry room is rarely working, out of 20 washers and 10 dryers, you'll be lucky if 4 of each work on any given day. The playground is rusted, the benches are rotten and missing slats, the tennis court is overgrown, rusted, and the nets are disintegrating. The swimming pool is cleaned once in the morning and is filthy by afternoon. The lakes are more like swamps covered in scum and garbage and attracting spiders and mosquitos. Overall, I have to say that for the money, and considering how beautiful the apartments look, their upkeep is atrocious.
