I moved out of Crosslakes right before Monarch Management took over. I loved the previous staff and felt that for the first time in a while the property was on the right track. Now, I revisited some of my friends there and find out that what Stell and Young had done to fix the area, the new owners have undone. They seemed to think they needed to blame the old company. Not possible. I dont believe that for one minute. I knew the office staff, personally, and they wouldnt ever have stolen files. It was just the new company trying to lay the blame on someone else. Now I hear they are planning on turning the place into gov. subsidy. Pleez...I will be looking elsewhere. It is going to take more than a new fountain to get the old spirit of Crosslakes back.

These are perhaps the best apartments in anderson I really appreciate how nice, friendly and professional the office staff is, they go above and beyond the call of duty consistently. If your moving to anderson make a stop at cross lakes.
