The management and maintenance staff make Cross Lakes a great place to live. The office staff are always friendly and efficient. Maintenance here is a dream! They fix things immediately and they do it correctly. Also, after the blizzard, they were plowing constantly and even used snowblowers behind each individual's car. After talking to my friends and colleagues, I found that they did this faster than some other apartment complexes around.

I also find our apartment to be very spacious for the price, and I love the swimming pool in the summer.
