Ok...not bad

Aside from the staff and maintenance crew being a little slow, it's not a bad place. You get a nice about of sq footage for a good price. They're not really proactive about having you renew your contract and offering you incentives for doing so, but they're friendly and I haven't had any real issues with them. It took about 2 weeks for maintenance to get in to weatherstrip my door and the common areas of the apartments could use a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting, but for being as old as they are, they're decent. It's not the ghetto, but it's not the Ritz.
The workout room is quite a joke and the laundry room is overpriced and could use some newer machines. The office and all the buildings could use a little updated remodeling. The say they're luxury aparments...but they've got quite a ways to go before you can call them luxury.
