I am a current resident, this apartment has a few problems, but they're livable. Staff is typically quick to respond to complaints/requests. My only complaints are; the security gate is constantly broken down and that the parking situation is difficult here. Other than that, the staff is always friendly, The apartments are really nice, and things are well-kept here. These apartments are great for the price, more than I expected really!
