Our experience here was the worst of our lives! There is not enough parking! The gate is never locked so anyone can drive in and out all hours of the night! The staff is really nice but never fix anything, no matter how often you call. When it rains, expect to have about 4 inches of stinky water in your downstairs vents.There are bugs esp. ants everywhere. The pool is never open. The pipes are old!! This place used to be this towns projects which my husband and I didn't know because we moved there from another state. A company took over and gave the place a face lift. Trust me the face lift is all the place got because it's bad. The walls are all textured because if they weren't you would notice all the repaired holes. We eventually had to move because we had a leaking pipe so the complex told us they had to fix it...they told us to go to a hotel and they would pay for it...we were like ok, thats cool.The next morning I call to ask if we can go home....the property manager was like well...we had a little problem last night...your apartment flooded. she said there was 4 feet of water in my apt. before anyone noticed. the guys that fixed the pipe messed up the job and the pipe burst...it blew a hole through the celing to the 2nd floor so everything we owned got wet. When we got to the apt. all my belongings were sittting outside the apt on the grass.All my childrens baby pics were destroyed. Our funiture was destroyed.But to top things off they stole from us! They stole my good dishes, my wine glasses, my kids CD player, many of my decorations, candle holders (my things were very nice) so I ask where is my stuff' they said well we threw it away...excuse me! So my family had to live in a hotel for a month while they were supposed to be fixing things....nothing was fixed. Not to mention they tried to put us in a roach motel at first....my husband and i were like H-NO and called the coperate office to complain. Then they offered us another apt. I went to look at it, it was falling apart. So we just found another apt. complex.Please don't move here its bad very bad!!!!!!!!!
