The place is AWFUL DO NOT MOVE HERE! While we were living here, the management company stopped paying the bills. We were forced to find a new place to live in the middle of the winter, because the city sent out notices that they were disconnecting our water and electricity in the hallways! Also, they failed to pay for trash pick-ups and many times the dumpster was overflowing with garbage. Several requested repairs to the balcony and hallway were not made, a leaky roof was ignored, Office staff became evasive. We were told the pool would never be opened again after a battle with teenagers who were defacing things, yet management continues to tell people the pool will be open in the summer. Kids and teens were a constant problem, we would catch them throwing things at cars, sitting in the parkinglot blocking vehicles from driving in, blocking off parking spaces, fighting with eachother...it was bad. In the winter, there was NO snow removal to the residential parking area, but the parking area to the office was cleared and salted, the lot was DANGEROUS in the winter. A bad element began moving in, and taking over the complex, the management turned the other way because they had tennents again, so they didn't care what they were doing. We moved to a much better place. There are many better options in Anderson, please just let this little ghetto die out, maybe someone will come in and clean house eventually!
