I MOVED HERE ABOUT A YEAR AGO FROM A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD . MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE A VERY NICE APARTMENT ,WELL TOWN HOUSE AND HAVE NICE NEIGHBORS AND DON'T HAVE AND HAVEN'T HAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING .... THEY (OFFICE MANAGEMENT )SEEM VERY FRIENDLY AND EAGER TO FIX ANY AND ALL COMPLAINTS .... WHEN WE FIRST MOVED HERE OUR AIR DIDN'T WORK AND THEY FIXED IT IN A NICE TIMELY MANOR.... IT'S CLOSE TO THE SOUTH END OF ANDERSON AND ALL SHOPPING AND CLOSE TO INTERSTATE .I HAVE ALL READY HAD TWO OF OUR FRIENDS MOVE IN OUT HERE . WE WOULD REFER MORE FRIENDS TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE OFFICE MANAGER IS DIFFERENT FROM WHEN WE FIRST MOVED IN AND WE LIKE THE OFFICE MANAGER NOW IS KNOWS MORE ABOUT THE APARTMENTS AND FRIENDLER TO WORK WITH.

my wife and I thought they were nice also. Had to ask a few times before things got fixed. After a baby was killed in the next apartment and the maintenance man across from us was arrested for messing around with a little girl we moved out to a home we bought. We went in and talked to the manager and told her why we were leaving we had one month left on the lease. The manger said that wasn't going to be a problem and we had to be out at the end of the month.My wife and I cleaned the apartment and had the maintenance man check it out,he said it was one of the cleanest from anyone leaving. A month after we moved out we got a bill from them for $2,100 for leaving a month early. Then we got a phone call from a place in Fla. saying it was collection the $2,100 because we tore up the apartment.(which we did not)After having to pay off the place in Fla. we got the same bill from a place in indy and had to prove to them that it had been paid for.So best of luck living there they will nail you when you move out.
