I moved hear while in school because they had a cheap one bedroom apartment. Some lil ole lay ran the place, seemed like it was family owned or something, so I signed up. In about 6 months, Center Court Property Management showed up, chopped down all the bushes, periodically shut off the laundry room and closed it up, but I just sucked it up cause it didn't seem a big deal. Then my AC started acting up... and they said it needed a part. 1 year later, my air conditioning still wasn't working properly, it would stop and not restart unless you manually spun the blade to get it going, assuming it didn't already overheat. I ended up moving into another apartment to escape my bum air conditioner as I convinced them to let me out of my lease for the bigger place, also I was done with school and was making better money. Now my shower in my new place doesn't work properly. They said they had to order a part. Then I get a letter in the mail saying Center Court would be leaving. I called them up angry about my shower that still wasn't working properly, they said they'd come the next day and swap faucet heads... still not done. The place is find, until you need help.
Update - Oct 5th
Got the faucet's fixed no real problems since, but that doesn't mean anything.. the faucet was fixed about a week later from when they said it would after I raised hell about it. I did call about my furnace cause I thought I was smelling smoke, or maybe just dust burning, never got a call back.. so Eh.
