I moved to to Hilltop Apartmets almost a year ago. I loved it a first they where on top of everything. Then in the winter my heat went out winter was almost over before they fixed it. Then my door knob on my apartment broke. I could not lock my door for 3 months before they fixed it. We keep being told parts are on order are on order then one day we get a letter in the mail we have a new property mgt team that has taken over. Then once that happend it all went to heck. My heating and ac unit has one setting on or off. My stove has two settings broil or simmer. It's like a bad movie or something. They do not want to fix anything they don't care about anything. And they think that raiseing our rent is going to fix the issue. No its cust going to make people more made. They have people moving out left and right. They can't get anything done cause the owners are in jail and they bank owns the property and they have to jump through hoops to even get any of that done. I have the felling that this property mgt team is going to promise all these thigns and then up and move out on us to.

Yep,that's the way it was when we lived there. Before you move out get everything in writing and take a lot of pictures!!! We took there word that there was no problem wit us moving out and then they sued and collected $2,100 saying we tore up the place and we did not. The holes in the wall and floor was from the maintancemen that worked on the broken pipes.
