This is the new Pinetree. I am desparate to get out of my lease. All kinds of late night noise and a lot of late night 'short visits' Complaining is useless, the response is to doulble talk the problem. My freezer doesn't freeze, the dishwasher does not work.(Manager does not believe in them. Her words not mine.) bathroom drains are slow and often clogged. The hot water heater is working on one heating element. "you have hot water so what is the promblem'" Kids and teenages are constantly looking in the windows or throwing pebbles to scare both myself and the cats. Security is an Anderson police officer who works second shift making her all but useless. Children under the age of 12 without supervision are out until two or three o'clock in the morning in the breezeway playing/bouncing basketballs.
Just a horrible place.

LOL I thought my apartment was the only one with those issues. My dishwasher always smelled like rotten eggs when I started it. I have bought numerous bottles of draino for the bathroom drains, but your right...it's not the managers job to fix it.
