the attatude of the people in the office is unreal.Hey if you have kids and want them to be safe, do not move here. drug deals at all times of day, people smoking pot right on the porches.people fighting at all hours of the night, and dont even think about even telling managment. all you will get fromt them is to call the police officer who i think still lives out here, but thats no good, she never calls us back. there are kids out at all hours of the night, and once again dont call management, "they have to catch them in the act". thats kind of hard to do since the only time they come out of the office is when they want to smoke. what a joke.the pool is constantly closed.and the laundry room is so hot that you can barley even stand to be in there long enough to put the cloths in and get out. dont even get me started on how many times "management" has come into are home w/o even trying to talk to us first. of course when you talk to them they just talk in circles.

yeah right people in office are very nice and helpful. I know for a fact they watch whats going on in the day time. if you see drugs deals you should call the police. kids are kids they will play but its moms who need to watch them at night, not the office people. FYI laundry mates are hot. hoosier woods is a very good place i'm happy and will stay!

You must not have witness them cussing out children and telling them to go home for something as simple as playing on the playground. I don't know about you, but you did say kids will be kids...well the managment doesn't allowe for them to be kids, they are prisoners in their apartment. I don't even have children, but I have seem multiple mistreatment of children.

i agree they need to make sure that if they are going to tell you its a safe place to live they should help make it that way!! i lived there and i had a little boy still in dipers outside of my apartment at 1:30 in the morning! And who are the people in the office nice to i sure as hell would like to know! And no it is not there responsibility to watch other peoples kids but they need a wake up call to whats going on in there apartment complex! how about inforcing the rules!! it would be smart!!
