In my search to find an apartment in a city new to me, I found how accomodating Running Springs is. Right off the bat I found that they were certainly the friendliest of all of the complexes I had visited. They often run great leasing deals that actually made it cheaper for me to get a 2 bedroom than a 1 bedroom. It doesn't hurt matters that water, sewage and trash pickup is all included in the rent.

The apartments and grounds here are very well maintenanced. They always make sure that the walks are shoveled and salted in the winter. I have only had one minor problem with our water heater, but once I notified the office they had installed a brand new water heater in just a few hours.

People who live in the first floor apartments often complain about the lack of effective insulation in the winter, but I live upstairs and don't have a problem at all.

Overall, this is a great deal for your dollar. I'm so glad to have found a nice place like this.
