I have been a resident since 1996. The property is owned by a firm out of state, by there is onsite management & maintenance. The apts are good sized, and there is a laundry room w/storage in each set of 4 apts. There is a pool, not often used, and mgmt strictly enforces the rules (residents only, no coolers, no kids w/o adult, etc). Trash pickup is 2x a week, so that isn't a problem. Parking isn't a problem either, except that the lot isn't lined (the lot has been re-paved 3x in 10yrs) and sometimes tenants take too much space to park. The main road into the complex is busy; there is a high school just down the street, and the traffic is heavy in mornings & afternoons. The school has hired a traffic officer to help direct traffic during those time periods, and it has helped. Shopping is close by, as is interstate access. Grounds are well kept. The complex was built in 1966 & the units are showing their age with needed repairs; management & maintenance do what they can, but the owners don't like to spend money on the complex. Some repairs are "patchwork" or "quick fix," but if it is serious, they will get it done correctly. All in all, I have enjoyed living here. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
