When i first moved into steeplechase it was my first apartment and i was very excited! but as i found out there were sooo many problems i was to face. my stove didn't work, my sink in the bathroom and kitchen didn't work and took 6 months to fix! there was mold outside my door and smelled really bad and was eating the wall and carpet. the laundry rooms are horriable and the washer and dryers don't work, i had to take my laundry to another building cause my laundry room did not work. my tub didn't drain and i had standing water for months and no one cared! i even had bugs in my bath tub and coming from my bathroom window. always spiders, bugs you name it, i killed it. the neighbors were rude and noisy and i could always hear bad ass kids banging on the walls. the only good thing about this place is the location and it's quiet but management sucks! at one point there was no managemet and i had to conduct my rental affers at another apartment complex. it was tacky! so whoever see this please don't live here.... EVER!!!!!!! the rent is high for a piece of ---- apartment and don't get on a month to month lease! you wish you would have! then you will have a hole in your wallet.
