I am a new tenant here at Steeplechase, and I must say that I enjoy the environment. They recently redid the carpet, laundry room, and hallways in the office hallway and it looks awesome! I think the company that owns it now is doing a GREAT job at keeping caught up on the work orders, and it seems as if they generally care for their tenants. I feel safe at this property, and I love Mary, the property manager. =) I like living here at Steeplechase, and I do not plan on moving anytime soon. I must admit that they may have had some issues before, but I think they have come a long way with their staff. Things are looking good here- they are alwways stepping up their game and improving!
