THESE APARTMENTS ARE POORLY CONSTRUCTED I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A 18 MONTHS AFTER MY ONE YEAR LEASE WAS UP MY RENT JUMPED A WHOPPING 115 DOLLARS A MONTH!! THE LEASING AGENTS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE LATE FEES ARE ASTRONOMICAL. PARKING IS TERRIBLE, CONSTANT DISTURBANCE FROM OTHER RESIDENTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE. I COULD NOT BE MORE DISPLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF LIVING I RECEIVE FOR 700.00 PER MONTH. I AM HAPPY TO SAY I WILL BE MOVING SOON AND I HOPE THAT THIS DETERS ANYONE FROM SIGNING A LEASE AT THESE APARTMENTS. ONE MORE THING MY BUILDING CAUGHT ON FIRE LAST YEAR BECAUSE A RESIDENT HAD A METH LAB HOW'S THAT FOR SCARY UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST SAY NO TO CROSSWAITS
