Positives

- Courteous staff with adequate competence.
- Ability to review the apartment you intend to move into, each unit receives relatively good refurbishment before move in (new carpet, painting, etc.).
- Units and appliances are slightly dated, but everything works well and is maintained.
- Maintenance requests handled in a timely fashion.
- Pool, landscaping, and snow removal are handled well.

Negatives

- Not horribly price competetive given the number of homes for rent in the area.
- Seems to be a lot of throughput in the units, due to college students and temporary families.
- Not alot of sound insultation - get a 2nd floor unit.
