Flooding inside apartments after rains (yes-inside!)...dog droppings all over community and no enforcement with pets on leashes...doors broken and off hinges (all winter)...Office staff doesn?t care...lack of respect from tenants with regard to handicapped parking spaces...damaged walls and hall carpets...lots of noise and loud music all hours of the day or night...OFFICE STAFF DOESN?T CARE...nasty little kids with no parental supervision, drug dealers...yes, drug dealers... foul language used by little kids who shouldn?t even know those words, obscene graffiti, the list goes on. Did I mention the office staff DOESN?T CARE' You'll also fight cockroaches and ants. This is a miserable place to live. You?ll lose your sanity. This is definitely not worth the rent you pay!!! You can find larger, nicer, cleaner apartments on the north side of Fort Wayne for a lot less than this place. Go there!!!!
