I AGREE THIS PLACE IS HELL

I also currently live at Griswold Estates. If you are thinking of renting DO NOT move here you will hate it. I have only lived here for 4 months and it is outragouse. The manager sleeps with everyone she can. And the leasing consultant talks about everyone she can. Is there a confidentiality law in Indiana or here at all'' I pay 499 rent and as she said no one pays the same. The park for the children sucks and my maintenace orders never get delivered either. My toilet leaks , siding is off my building it is awful. I wish I would have never moved to Griswold Apartments for as much as I pay I could have lived some place where at least the staff is professional. Corporate needs to take a good long look at who is running there apartments. Before long there will be no one living here if they dont. LUXURY and PROFESIONALISM is not an option here. Find a nice place to live that is not the living in the projects....
