I've been here a year and that's too long. Since moving in I've heard from the front office once, that was to ask about lease renewal.

The place is full of noisy, unsupervised, foul-mouthed kids. People smoke in the hallways, and drop ashes on the carpet. Fire doors are routinely proped open and left that way. I'm still waiting for a repair to my carpet that was supposed to happen the week of my move in. The price of laundry was raised, and less then a week later the washing machine quit working properly. It's been two months since I reported it. A sign that was placed on the washer was removed so some people still try to use it. If the wind blows hard enough you can feel the building move, which was most of the time. Better hope you like what you neighbors are watching on TV, because you'll be able to hear it. As others have said, it seems like matainance is tasked with keeping the grounds looking nice. I would rather the outside apperance suffer a little and the concerns of the current residents were addressed in a more timely and thorough manner. Hire a ground crew and let matainance get back to what they are here to do, take care of the residents.

Those that rate this place highly might have a different set of standards about where they live, but for the money that I spend on rent I expect and demand A LOT more that I have received here. I would NOT recomend this place.
