We moved in one year ago and survived a management change, and have just decided to renew our lease for another year. The kids ride the bus and enjoy the improved playground. Our apartment had the carpet cleaned and a ceiling fan installled at renewal, and the mmaintence and manager did a courtesy inspection and repaired things that we werent even aware of. The apts are a little of the beaten path, but its really quiet not to be by the highway or a busy road. We often walk to downtown and love to cruise to the fair and avoid the crowds. The site staff is friendly and try their best to provide social activities for the residents, but who has time for that these days ( jacob plays soccer every night!)
