I have lived in Griswold for 2 1/2 years. The only reason I renewed is because it is the only apartment complex in Auburn that allows pets. The staff changes their mind on policies and seem to make up the rules as they go. I have seen Auburn police arresting people several times within Griswold since I moved in. My apartment was sub-par when I moved in and I do not expect to see my security deposit back regardless. The price is very high for what I have. This time I will not be renewing my lease and will not move back in ever. Take my advice and look elsewhere.
