Moderately Horrible - I have been at Griswold for about six months. I am still undetermined on whether I will be renewing my lease this summer. So far, I have had to request maintenance twice. Once was for a faulty smoke detector and the second time was for a garbage disposal that quit working. They were both fixed in no time. Best Place to live in Auburn - Was reading the Griswold reviews and they are not the only ones who are pet friendly. Castle Court is pet friendly as well. 85% turnaround. I have lived here for 2 years, it has been a bumpy ride by I stuck it out and I'm glad I did. The newest manager has certainly been turning this place around. I've heard my neighbors talk about this site and I don't think its fair that only the complainers report.

Griswold is HOME Some other tenants told me about this site and I know that they have been complaining because they are being evicted due to none payment of rent and are useless as neighbors anyways................good ridance!!!!!!!!!!

Dump! I was stuipid to come here. They misrepresented the deal, pressured me into signing. I have had no hot water on occasion. The neighbors are dumpy/loud. The office staff are horrible, especially angela. They gave me a few deals to lure me in here, but it is not worth a contract.

Not a good place to live! Not a place I would recommend to live. In the winter apartment is very drafty! Nothing is done about neighbors who are rude. Forget about the maintenance people. It took 2 days for them to plow back here this winter! The heat doesn´t work for crap, there is one
