I moved in Jan-And Im horrified!
-I've had someone break into my car and steal things
-I found MOLDY/ROTTEN '05 newspapers stuffed in the overhead furnace space.
-A person in our nieghboring complex had they're car WRAPPED with kitchen wrap!
And even though it happened at 7pm on a saturday-Somehow no one saw it happen.
Because it was the repairman's daughter!!!
-After 2months of telling the office I need blinds in my bedroom I have yet to get any.
-And have had major problems with the utilities here.
-I was reffered here by a person and after accidently writing the name wrong on a PIECE OF PAPER-The office tells me they cannot give out the $100-off-rent refferal prize to the person.
Further more don't ever expect any serviceing or repairs to get done.
This complex (and the condos next to us)only have 2 service men for repairs!
I have never met apt attendants who are as conning as these!
I ordered a screen door (which is supposed to come with the apt but mine obviously was stolen) for $40 because the supervisor said I couldn't get one on my own.
After 2 WEEKS I called and ask where it is and I'm told- Sorry but we FORGOT to tell you that the screens are on backorder and we have NO CLUE when they'll come in!
Well the icing on the cake is-I finally got the screen-BUT IT WAS TO SMALL FOR THE DOOR! After the supervisor said they needed to match through-out the whole complex they give me one that isn't!
I'm moving very soon-I can't stand it here and will never be recommending this place to ANYONE!

I have had the same issues. I told them when I moved in that I would like them take care of the paint that was peeling off my cabinets. Almost a year later and it still is not done. I also told them about my screendoor that was messed up when I moved in. I told a maintenance man and he said he would take care of it. He never did. So I went to the office and they said I needed to put a request in through them so I did. It took awhile for them to come out and take the old one away. Then they left a note saying I needed to go back to the office to order one. So I did and was told it would take several months to get. I will be moved out before then. I too plan on moving as soon as my lease is up next month. I am counting down the weeks to move out of here. Also when I always come home there are teenagers blocking the breezeway and they do not move when they see me.
