My family and I lived here on a month-to-month basis in 2006 (2.5 months total). While that type of lease was more expensive than an annual one, it was the most economical option in the west-Indy area. The deposits weren't as high as others I checked out and they accepted larger pets (our dog was 30 lbs.). The only big problems we had were that our apartment was infested with roly-poly bugs the entire time, perhaps because our apartment was right off the lake, and we had problems with Martins making nests on our patio - they would become aggressive at times. Since we were there for such a short time, I never called maintenance about these problems. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool and playground were clean. Overall I would recommend these apartments.
