I've unfortunately been living here for almost 2 years...and within the past year i've learned to hate it. The maintenance is very nice and so is the office staff, however they suck at getting work accomplished in a timely manner. I waited a little over 2 weeks to get a new microwave when my heating element went out in mine. They told me that had to order a "new" microwave, well long story short when they finally did install the "new" microwave, it wasn't new. It still had some food remains from, i'm guessing another apartment.

I went with an entire wall of my living room (including the outdoor light) without electricity for almost 8 months. I had to run extension cords from another room to power my tv and gaming systems. They left a note after checking it out saying "we'll be back asap to fix the problem". Well i got pissed so i emailed corporate after 8 months of waiting and they had to get Frye Electric to come out and basically attach a wire in my breaker box.

And finally...the NOISE! If you have a neighbor with a large stereo that has any sort of bass producing device you're going to be able to hear it. I have an ------- neighbor that I've had to call the police on 3 times because he would blast his music until almost 3 in the morning on weeknights.

The layout of the apartments are really great, but you could find something better for the price elsewhere. It is conveniently located and it's easily accessible as long as you can stand the horrible Rockville Rd. traffic.
