I have lived here for a short time now, but I absolutely love it here. I have lived in many different places and in a short time (two weeks) have discovered that I hated it there. There is some noise, to be expected from kids and dogs. It's a bit pricey, but worth it. I have seen some bugs, but my apartment is right next to open water. Conveniently close to almost everything. This is by far the best apartment I have lived in.
