Washington Quarters is a very nice community. The free cable and washers and dryers is something I have never found at any other rental property. They have everything you could want and is always well maintained. There is a fitness center, billiards room and fitness center open 24 hours per day. They also have a lighted full-court basketball court and sand volleyball court. The pool is open until 12 and is always clean. I would highly recommend Washington Quarters to all my friends!
