Washington Quarters is the greatest place to live! The office staff is absolutely wonderful. They are always so helpful and will do just about anything for you. The maintenance is fantastic. I have always received same day service. I love the free cable, and especially the free washer and dryer. I don't understand why some people have such bad things to say about this community. I have only good things to say about Washington Quarters, and would recommend our community to anyone that was looking. The price may seem high, but everything that you get for free really makes Washington Quarters lower than anyone else in Avon. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY APARTMENT!!!!!
