I enjoy living at Washington Quarters. They maintenance worker is SO HELPFUL and he can fix anything. He is always very quick to help you with a problem and he is friendly. Management, on the other hand, is questionable. There have been several times when I have called, only to be told, so-and-so was out of the office and they would call me back: I have never been called back. You have to be aggressive when you want a response and continuously call. I do enjoy the free cable and every apartment has a washer and dryer, which has free water, so there is no need to worry about a laundry-mat.
