I like living in these apartments. My old Apartment at the Carlton had roaches, I was only 2 months into that lease and they did not do a thing about it. I needed a place quick, so I came to Washington Quarters. The staff was friendly and helped me out. If I ever needed anything it was taken care of in minutes and if it would be longer I was notified. They treat you like a friend and even a family, they are very helpful and extreamley friendly. My old apartment treated me like a dumb child, but the staff here treats me like they've known me for years. The community is a nice area and the staff is excellent. I would definitly tell people to move here, I have only been here a few months but it is quiet and just a pleasant place to live.
