I love my apartment, however I am not impressed with the office staff. You have to keep calling for anything to be done, and they are not good about returning phone calls. One time I was told "we have been busy working on other things." Oh, I'm sorry, I thought this was part of the business! I thought it was great when I read in the WQ Community Policies that they fine people for not picking up after their dog. Then, when I moved in I realized the grass around my building is a dumping grounds! If the wind it just right you can smell the odor of fresh dog poop. I called the office and was told they couldn't do anything about it, and for me to report anyone I see. Here is an idea...why not send a note out to people in the building who have dogs?! This is ridiculous. I try to walk my dog, but every step is poop. It's really nice when you're dressed up and take your pet out before work, and step in poop. The other complaint I have is the lack of hot water in the shower. I noticed on the community channel they tell you to stagger your showers and to turn down your heat before taking a shower. How ridiculous! Also, the parking lot does not have adequate lighting. At night you'll be lucky to find the turn into WQ because its not lit up very well, along with the parking lot. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
