Our apartment reeked of sewer gas which made me wake up gasping for breath like clock work every night at 3AM. Management was alerted several times and did NOTHING. Their staff is rude and useless and ------ is the worst property manager I've ever had to deal with. When I couldn't take it anymore and got tired of the mounting medical bills for my brand new breathing difficulties we sent a very nasty e-mail to ------ and she responded by offering to let us move to another apartment on the condition that we vacate the premisis as soon as our lease was up, basically, evicting us for something they should have taken care of. We left and then they had the nerve to sue us for the last month's rent even though they turned off our heat and violated the lease by not doing what they could to make the apartment livable. NEVER MOVE THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!

Actually, ------ hasn't worked here for years. There has been a few horrible managers since her. ------ was actually one of the few that actually did her job and listened to her residents.

Didn't you post the exact same thing about Island Club? Even down to the 3am wake up call of gagging deadly sewer gas?
