I lived at Washington Quarters for a year, and I would NEVER recommend the complex to anyone. The staff was friendly....until I signed the lease, and then things changed. In my opinion, the staff is not friendly or helpful at all. Yes, I do understand this is a business, but these are also people's homes. The maintenance was always friendly and on top of any issues I had. When I was shown the apartment, management neglected to mention the water treatment plant directly behind the complex. IT ALWAYS STINKS. Every season except for the winter basically. If I would have noticed the water treatment plant or if management would have thought to mention it...hmmm....I never would have moved in! I would not recommend this complex to anyone, ever, and I feel sorry for those who are still residents and future residents. I hope your experience is better than mine was!

I agree 100%!!!! I currently live in the complex (unfortunately) and would have NEVER moved to the place had I known about the water treatment plant (AKA:SEWAGE PLANT)prior to moving in. I ended up being RIGHT NEXT to it and can't even enjoy my screened in patio or ever open my windows because of it. I haven't really had to deal with the staff too much since I moved int, but they were fine in the beginning. Maintenance has been on top of things as well. All of the negatives for this place FAR outweigh the positives. The smell disgusts me when I step outside in the evening or in the morning. When you open your car doors and let the air in your car will smell like it for a while as well. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
