Lowest price in Avon - I can't believe how low the rent is in this place. I guess it has something to do with the program they have. It takes a lot of paperwork to get in, and I can understand why some people were frustrated, but it's totally worth it. Maintenance nightmare When we moved in the apartment was filthy. Hallways outside are dirty and covered in spiderwebs. The "maintenance" men are overwhelmed as the complex is aging and there are only two men to do repairs. There is no pride in keeping the outside of complex looking nice.

Seems fine to me I was going to move in to these apartments after a divorce and things were going well, the reason I didn't was because of Duke energy, the ladies in the office were always nice, the schools are very very good. Its a lovely neighborhood...what's the big deal?

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Like the previous review. The customer service is terrible. There was a drug bust the first month that we lived there. I felt unsafe, especially at night. We even told maintenance that the outside lights did not work .... but they never got fixed.

Best advice that I can give you is find another apartment We left the apartment in perfect shape and we didn't get much of the security deposit back and there was no explanation as they hid the reasons in generic codes. I've been in many apartments and have always got my security deposit
