Avon Creek Apartments 61% Recommended Apr 21 2008: I love it i moved here from up north 4 months ago everyone was saying Avon was growing and it is. very nice place I dont see how some people on these reviews are saying Avon is not nice its Washington Quarters 48% Recommended Apr 18 2008: When we moved here the staff was extremely friendly to us. We picked this apartment because it has the newest applicances compared to other complexes and includes a washer and dryer. When we moved in the fireplace, stove, dishwasher and Washington Quarters 48% Recommended Apr 03 2008: I lived at Washington Quarters for a year, and I would NEVER recommend the complex to anyone. The staff was friendly....until I signed the lease, and then things changed. In my opinion, the staff is not friendly or helpful at Avon Creek Apartments 61% Recommended Mar 16 2008: I have lived here for a short time now, but I absolutely love it here. I have lived in many different places and in a short time (two weeks) have discovered that I hated it there. There is some noise, Avon Creek Apartments 61% Recommended Feb 06 2008: I've unfortunately been living here for almost 2 years...and within the past year i've learned to hate it. The maintenance is very nice and so is the office staff, however they suck at getting work accomplished in a timely manner. |
