No grace period to pay rent I have managed apartments for over 12 years. My daughter lives here and paid her rent on the 2nd of the month and was charged $50.00 late fee. They have no grace period. I have never heard of a place not having any grace period. Even mortgage companys have grace

Horrible experience I lived there for 16 month and it was hell. I reported loud music in apt next door and they told me to take care of it myself or call the police there was nothing they could do. I reported fowl sewer smells that made you sick to your stomach. Oh and try to get your deposits

I've lived near the Pacific ocean in Pacifica, CA for $1,000 a month. It was nicer, cleaner and the staff was more professional.

bugs!! I really like the apartment itself as far as the layout and size, however, i had an ongoing problem with pharoah ants the entire 2 years i lived here. Some of the staff was extremely rude to me and my young son. Maintenance men (one was really nice) would tell him and his friends to GO
