Good Enough - I was put up here during a Summer Internship. The apartments are slightly outdated, but not in poor condition. One gripe is that operating the microwave and toaster oven at the same time would almost always trip the breaker. No big deal, but rather annoying. Master bedroom was decently sized. Good points:
1) Well-built with quality materials and fixtures
2) Floors have a layer of lightweight concrete material over the subfloor to dampen noise. This works VERY well.
