New owners bought the apartment complex about a year ago. It seems that things have be come increasingly worse on the up keep of the apartment. They fired the only manager that could keep things under control. There is never anyone in the office. These apartments had a terrible reputation back in the late 80's early 90's. Then Sundance properties bought it and cleaned it up. Now it is going back down. The new owners don't seem to care. Trash is constanly on property. Police run's have increased. It is starting to resemble Parkview apartments. I have lived her for 5 years and i am getting out.

I have also been at Beech Meadows Apts for 5 years and I am getting out. Everything said int he previous comment is so true its pathetic. I figured as soona s new owners took over this is exactly what would happen. also i dont know how they are billing for gas bills but mine was 168.00 and a neighbor told me theirs was only 30.00 - thaey have 2 children and i have none. i am at work all day they are not. So someone please explains what is going on with the gas bills (rip off) also!
