I have lived here for over 6 months and it is not to bad. Yes, it has some problems, but what do you expect, they are apartments... The main thing is the kids not being watched when they play outside. Whenever I have called the office they have treated me with respect, and tried to help me with the problem. If you live in an apartment it is like this, unless you live in a brand new $1000 a month apartment. I have had problems with DRAMA outside... but the office staff always addresses it with the person. They always run credit reports and TRY to get the bad out. If you rent anywhere in beech grove you will have these problems. It is kind of a pick and choose thing, some neighbors are good and others are bad. I would recommend these apartments but yes there are some problems.

Parking is GREAT!! I pull right up and have NO problem..
Noise is kind of bad, I can hear my neighbors, but she always has a lot of people there.
Grounds are pretty well taken care of... They clean DAILY!!!
I feel SAFE walking up to my apartment...
A lot of the stuff is made CHEAP, but the Maintenance always fixes it by the next day, with one exception, when it SNOWED really bad it took them a couple of days because all of the maintence was doing snow removal. But yes they did fix it.
The staff has always returned my calls, but sometimes they are "short" with you, but they have several people calling and coming in.
