Management does not enforce the parking rules (2 vehicles per apartment, visitors are to park in overflow area) so it is impossible to park anywhere near your apartment due to many residents having 4 or 5 guests per evening. Courtesy officer is available to call but no response is received. Noise violations (partying/steros, etc) are not valid unless it is after 11 PM. All complaints must be in person/in writing in the office. Common hallways are dirty. Residents do not have common courtesy for others.
