Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Positives:
1. VERY SAFE!
2. Plenty of parking, never have a problem.
3. Maintenance is very quick to fix any problems you have.
4. One bedroom apartments are spacious.
5. Nice size patio/balcony.
4. Good access to interstates.
5. Close to shopping: Southport is only 5 minutes away.
Negatives:
1. Geese are everywhere and leave their "business" all over the place!
2. Appliances are outdated, diswasher leaves white residue all over dishes, microwave is huge.
3. The residents seem to be becoming "trashy." Yet, they don't cause problems.
Honestly, this apartment complex has been a good place to live. I am moving out only because we are relocating. The apartments aren't fancy, but they have provided a safe place to live.
