The manager is psychotic!!!!!!!!!!

The apartments are horribly maintenanced and the apartment manager is crazy, literally. She lives in the edition and she will go into your apartment when you are not home, she watches everything that you do, and I mean everything. She has also set a curfew for all children that live there that does not even comply with the Indiana state law that is in place. This place is cheap as far as rent goes, but you pay dearly in many other ways, take my advice do not live here.

You probably let your rugrats run around the complex all night there should be a cerfew for children if the parents wont set one for them!
