Apartment ok, management terrible, maintanence staff efficient

The management at Acadia Court is what keeps it from being a nice place to live. There are constant rules, notices and surprise charges. They are also never available. They are not fair when it comes to charges with water - everyone pays a flat rate, instead of having their own personal meter. They are not flexible or considerate, but definitely expect their tenants to be so. I would not recommend this apartment community or any others under this management company.
