I moved into Acadia Court right out of high school. Pretty good price for rent (college town makes rent really high). I wouldn't move back there though.
Our first month there our door looked like someone tried to break in then a couple days later cops showed up looking for the people that lived there before us. There was always cops pulling people over right outside our apartment which didn't make me feel safe at all.
Maintenance was friendly but very hard to get a hold of. Our bedroom door broke one night around 1 am and i was stuck inside (I do not like closed in areas) and i ended up having to call my dad to come fix the door and get me out. I had to call my dad about 50% of the time to get stuff fixed because i couldn't get a hold of maintenace. When ever I did get a hold of them they did get there fast though.
Acadia Court office was usually closed though and i mostly had to call Brandon Court to get help. Also there was a problem with a bill (I got billed when i shouldn't have) and i ended up paying it (didn't want my credit to be effected). Acadia Court promised to send me a check in the mail, about 1 year and 100 phone calls later i finally got reimbursed.
I would say go to Brandon and not Acadia.
