I moved into Acadia Court sight unseen when I moved from the west coast all the way to Indiana a few years ago -- I picked out the place using the internet. I was quite happy when I arrived and I'd be content to stay here throughout graduate school except that I'm planning to buy a condo and move out. No real complaints! Management was always quite friendly and helpful and when things broke they got fixed... speed of maintenance could be improved but it always got done, sometimes with a little friendly extra prompting from me. The interiors look a little older and mine could use new wallpaper/paint. But there's nothing that makes it bad; I really like the high semi-vaulted ceiling in the living room, and my friends are impressed with how much space I have. The utility room is big, as is the attic. I have my own W/D for the hookups in the utility room; pretty convenient! The pull-down ladder is especially nice, so it's easy to get up to the attic and I use it for lots of storage!

I love the location right on one bus line and near the new express bus (7) to campus. It's a pretty, woody area near several city parks, everything is green, etc etc. The pathway down to my door is very cute and it's always nice to come home.
