The corporation does not care about the renter. The apartments are VERY small, with a very out of date heating and cooling system. The price is based on other apartments that have central air, more windows, swimming pools, and much better storage. You pay way too much to live here. It is just not worth it. You have parking, but that is about it. All of the apartments look the same, with a very ugly lay out. And like I said, a heating and cooling system that belongs in a 70's hotel. Awful. Move into a place where the rates are compared against acadia court. You get no bonuses, but you pay the rate as if you were.

Shouldn't you have thought about things like the layout, heating and cooling system, and price before you moved in? These are all things you knew prior to moving in, it doesn't make much sense to base your opinion on a place on things you had control over choosing.

In response to lauram2282: You have to keep in mind that Bloomington is a college town and finding an apartment for those out of town/state can be very difficult for those renting for the first time in a new town. In the midst of attempting to find an apartment, it is hard to remember everything one must keep in mind. I really do think that this reviewer has reason to be upset over these issues if one considers that the prices are similar to (if not just a tad lower than) other complexes in Bloomington.
