when i first moved in with my two cats (both indoor and both declawed) i was very happy to find a place that would allow 2 pets. The appartment was in pristine condition upon move in and everything worked fine. a few days after moving in my cat went missing and the staff was very helpfull in locating it, one of the employes actually drove around the communty in a golf cart looking for her. after living here for awhile i am very satisfied both with the staff and my appartment.it is a very quiet pet oriented community and i would reccoment it to anyone. however, i do believe that their lease is a bit over the top. rent is due on the 1st 1 day late adds $80 and every day after that adds $6. Pet rent was a bit pricey $90 deposit plus 20 / month / pet, but ive seen worse. i also like it that all appartments are ground level with storage attic / padio / and laundy hookups in apartment. but even if you have no washer/dryer there are still on campus laundry facilities and their even putting in a fitness center.

yes but this fitness center was supposed to be done LAST year and i don't think that it will even be done this year! i LOVE living here but the woman at the office can REALLY get under your skin and the deal with the fitness center is a little ridiculous!
