For anyone who has lived in bloomington and knows the possible rat holes that on can live in this property is pretty good for the most part. We lived their for two years. As long as we didn't ask for anything there were no problems. The pool is completed now but we waited for it for the two years we were their. They told us it under construction the day we signed the lease. The office staff were not helpful at all. I made my fiance' talk to them because they infuriated me. They did nothing about the dog crap in the lawns or other annoying problems. The apartment itself was fairly nice, but the painting was sloppy and the carpet was of poor quality. When we moved out they kept our deposit. It was close to 800 dollars. After we threw a hugh fit and harrassed them for two months, we got back a whopping 100. This is just a warning. There are worse places to live in b-town. If you live here just document everything and keep a close eye on them.
