Rolling Ridge is also known as Rolling Meadows, Rolling Woods, and Adams Bend. From the outside the buildings look pretty nice and are nicely landscaped and fairly new. Well let me tell you, these apartments are VERY poorly constructed. Everything inside was done as cheaply as possible. There is virtually no insulation so you can hear everything your neighbors do (from watching tv to having sex)...this also results in higher than usual electric bills. The management staff is absolutely the worst I have ever seen. They are very rude and arrogant. They are also extremely disorganized and will generally lose anything you give to them. Their high speed internet access doesn't work half of the time, and they won't let you get cable or dsl internet access. Same thing with phone, water, and cable....you have to go through them and you have no choice.

This is probably one of the worst apartment complexes in Bloomington. If you are looking for nice brand new apartments close to Rolling Meadows you might try Adams Village or Canterbury House...I know people who live at both and they are much better (and slightly cheaper) than Rolling Meadows!!
